Laser Assisted laserlipolysis
Laserlipo, also known as laser assisted lipolysis, or laserlipo, is a cosmetic surgical procedure that literally "melts away" the fat on your body. It is considered far less invasive than other forms of laserlipo, reducing the length of recovery time with dramatic results that appear much faster.

We are proud to announce the arrival of CoolLipo, deemed the newest and least invasive method of laserlipo in cosmetic surgery today.

How It Works
The laserlipo system delivers a 1064-nm Nd:YAG laser fibre through a cannula. The cannula, smaller than the one used for traditional laserlipo procedures, is inserted into the areas of the body that are targeted for fat removal. When the laser comes into contact with the undesirable subcutaneous fat, it ruptures the fat and coagulates tissue as well as blood vessels in the area. This results in a tightening of the tissue and a reduction in bleeding, bruising, and swelling.

Why It's Better
Traditional forms of laserlipo treating larger areas of the body typically require general anesthesia. However, laserlipo minimizes trauma to the area treated. As a result, even larger areas require only a local anesthetic.

After the procedure patients experience far less pain than other forms of laserlipo, and usually no bleeding and bruising

Where once other forms of laserlipolysis left skin hanging in its wake, laserlipo tightens the skin in the treated area.

Lipodissolve

Lipodissolve is a safe, effective way to reduce fat and cellulite, especially for small areas of the body. Large areas are treated with a series of treatments. Lipodissolve is effective for both men and women of all shapes and sizes.

Lipodissolve has been safely and effectively used in Europe for the past 15 years. For the past 3 years it has been studied in the United States, and has been proven effective in reducing body fat. Lipodissolve is most effective at reducing small-to-medium body fat deposits on the face and body. It helps get rid of excess fat on the abdomen, hips, chin, bra line, back, underarms, love handles, saddlebags, and thighs.

A typical treatment plan consists of an initial health screening with one of our board certified physicians who will review your medical history and discuss realistic expectations. A popular alternative to other wrinkle treatments, fat transfer to the face is a safe, natural and non-allergenic procedure because it takes unwanted fat from a patient, and places the fat in another part of the body that requires it. No allergic reaction occurs since it's the patient's own fat.
Fat transfer can also correct facial deformities, atrophic aging of the hands, and post-surgical and post-traumatic defects.

Reinjected fat from a fat transfer procedure lasts longer in larger areas of non-movement, such as sunken cheeks. However, the body does not respond well to reinjected fat in some areas of the body. One area that does not respond well is the breasts, and it could make detecting breast cancer with mammograms more difficult.

Fat transfer is performed on an outpatient basis. You can expect to receive a localized anesthetic in two areas: the "donor" site, which is the area from which fat is taken, and the the area where the fat will be reinjected. A small needle attached to a syringe will be used to draw the fat. Excess fluid is removed and the fat is then reinjected into the skin of the targeted area. This process can be repeated to achieve the desired results.

Patients may choose to remove fat during another cosmetic surgical procedure, such as laserlipo. Doing so allows for a larger amount of fat to be obtained, which is then frozen and stored for a future fat transfer procedure.
